Expectations

ROTA is looking for players who have played the game for a while and knows what they are doing. We want players who play their possition well and work well with the team. We will not accept people who arnt willing to spend time to practice and work hard because this is just like any other sport out there, "Practice makes Perfect".

Requirements

Those who want to join the team must be willing to practice at least once a week (on weekends). Players MUST have their own paintball markers and equipment because the rentals that are out there just, well, suck. As far as what type of marker and gear you have, that is up to you. The ONLY requirement on gear is for back players. Back players MUST have a good sized pod pack to store as much paint as possible. They MUST have a far shooting and accurate barrel. This is so they can lay down the paint from the back of the field. But for the others, As long as you can shoot, run, and talk loud, you'll be fine. Also, if you can drive, it would be a bonus if you are willing to carpool with those who can't drive.

Trying Out

Yes you will be required to try out. The team will get together on a specified date and those who we feel are good assets to the team will be accepted. We will look for communication (top priority), endurance, shooting ability, and of course your ability to play your possition.
